Holiday closing
Due to Christmas and new year and the days in between…we will be closed until 2nd january.
Orders and emails will be handled from 2 january, as well for new tickets.
Returns: not happy with your product and want to send it back? you still need to make a return request on our email within the 14 days period after you received the product. We will then reply with a confirmation and registration of your return on January 2nd.
Warranty: a ticket or email will be answered again from January 2nd.
