Summer vacation:
From 25th july till 9th august we have summer holiday. Until July 24th, the shipments will be sent slightly delayed, that means in 3 working days (weekends are not included).

No shipments will be sent from July 25th till August 9th or emails will be answered. You can place your order but it will be shipped from the 12th of august, emails during this period will be answered from 12th august.

Returns: Returns: If you want to send a return and your 14-day return cooling-off period falls within this summer holiday period, you still must register your return by sending us an email within 14 days after delivery at your address.  If you fail to send an email within the 14 days, then your right of return also expires. Follow our instructions on the returns page, where you will find the returns form with our returns address. We advise you to wait before sending your package in return so that we can receive the package from August 12th.

Repairs: Register your repair by email or ticket on our website, we will answer this again from August 12th and give you instructions.
